Curly hair behind the cosmetology text book

Sharing my knowledge behind the salon chair is a dream come true. Our reality has been that textured hair had been overlooked, mistreated and shamed all over the world.  We are here to bring solutions to those problems.  Education is only one piece of the puzzle that's missing in our industry.  

We are advocates for change in cosmetology schools.  We have requested that all cosmetology text books are edited and revised to include theory for naturally curly and textured hair.  The obvious benefit is there will be more graduates that obtain knowledge for all hair textures in cutting, coloring and styling curly hair.  

Not only will this education increase student enrollment but will also and create more jobs for educators and graduates behind the chair.
